This pledge encompasses the blade's fundamental structural integrity and does not extend to cover standard indications of wear and tear, rust, damages, or fractures resulting from improper alterations, neglect in maintenance, or inappropriate handling. Any item found to possess manufacturing defects will be subject to our discernment, entailing either repair or replacement.

Arete Knives ships all products via USPS. The tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Upgraded and rush shipments are available for an additional charge.

Our knives are custom-made when purchased. Our knives are made specifically for you, to your preference, and therefore, cannot be returned or canceled once your order is in process. If you contact us to cancel within 3 business days of placing an order, we will cancel the order however, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
